1. Selection of laser engraving machine: Common laser engraving machines are roughly divided into four types: ultraviolet laser engraving machine, optical fiber laser engraving machine, end pump laser engraving machine, and carbon dioxide laser marking machine. Because the design principle of a carbon dioxide laser engraving machine is to hollow out, burn and turn black, when it is used in plastic laser engraving and marking, white mark black is generally not a problem, but the effect of carbon dioxide laser engraving machine black mark white is not a good idea. The other three laser engraving machines (ultraviolet, optical fiber, and end-pump laser engraving machines): white mark black, black mark white, black mark gold, and colorful mark black are no problem.

2. Black engraving white/black engraving gold: We require the raw materials of laser engraving to be natural or transparent. Do not add other black colors, black masterbatch, black color paste, etc. during the marking process. After adding our laser engraving additives. The material will be dyed black, and then directly laser-marked. Because too much black color is added, it will affect the absorption of laser light by laser engraving additives, thus affecting the effect of black engraving white/gold.

3. In the process of laser marking, it is necessary to continuously change the parameters of the laser (the most important is the power and speed of the laser engraving) to engrave, so as to achieve the laser engraving effect. Often, many people do not adjust the parameters of the laser machine and only use a fixed parameter for laser engraving. If they feel that the engraving is not good, they will change the amount of addition, which will only blindly increase the cost.
