PP cooling masterbatch is mainly used to reduce the processing temperature in the production of PP (polypropylene) spinning and plastic products, improve the flow performance of the melt, and also has plasticizing and antistatic properties. At the same time, it is also used in the production of PP materials such as blown film, woven bags, polypropylene coarse and fine denier, staple fiber, filament, injection molding, pipe, sheet, household appliances, and automotive parts, making it an ideal functional additive masterbatch in the PP processing process.
Adding 1-3% of the cooling masterbatch in the PP processing process can reduce the processing temperature by 20-30°C.
